I decided to try out a new font with these two paintings. I think it turned out cute. I love cursive cute fonts- they are the best!!

Courtney Chisam asked me to create two pieces for their guest bathroom. We came up with these quotes and the colors match the shower curtain and accents.

I am so happy for my friend, Kirsten Adcock. Even though it was such a short notice, I am still happy for her. She just got the job for 6th grade English teacher at the middle school Thursday, They start school MONDAY!! I would DIE!! But still blessed....

This top picture is dark for some reason, I am sorry.

She asked me to do teal and brown. I added white to make the name pop and she said that was ok :). I love the brown on brown polka dots.

for some reason, it seems like the name Weston is starting to become a popular baby name. I think it is so cute. My step-brother and sister's mom ordered this from me for a baby shower. She said the room was camo and gave me the colors and said I could do whatever with it.

I have had madaline in my practicum class and she was also in Taven's fourth grade class. Oh how sweet she is :)
Madaline got the pottery barn bedding for christmas that matched a recent painting I had done, but we didn't want it to be the same since the two grls are best friends :) You know that can't happen.
So her mom said she just wanted the black and white dots and to incorporate all the colors in the name or border. I think it turned out cute. I just love the e and endig on this name!!

We have 40 White TableCloths. They are rectangle (54"x96" I think) for sale... I am asking $8 each; in less, you want to purchse more and we can work out a price.

I also have about 30 (give or take, I sold some a while back but haven't counted). I am asking $5 for these, they are 10" high and 4" in diameter. Once again if you are wanting some of each we can work out something. I HAVE to sell these.

**I also have about 15 Mia Bella Candles that are for sale. Mom wants to get rid of what she has... I have them with me if you want to meet and smell them. They are awesome candles!! They are supposed to last longer than other candles and doesn't affect people with allergies. The smells we have are... These two may look familiar to you... I had done some like this over Christmas for some Christmas presents. The top one I did find some zebra ribbon to match it and I love the accent.

The bottom one has a more different shade of pinks to the dots than the previous ones. You can tell more of a difference. I just love that pink sheer ribbon!!

This was probaly was hardest bedspread to match because it had so many little bitty details. I hope it turned out good. I love the two simple ones.

Her bedspread is the pattern, her sheets are the polka dots and i think the liner or something is small green gingham so we decided to do the stripes. I love the monogram in the big bubble.

I am drinking more water, and limiting myself to one carbonated drink a day... so far so good :)
I am going to focus on only the friends that matter, and quit worrying myself sick about the ones that don't care or worry about me, and that should...umm... cut out a lot of time and people :)
I am going to strieve to do better at my paintings, and start setting a time frame... sometimes i don't and need to start...
Once this cold weather goes away, I am going to start walking every day even if it is just one time around the block.
I am going to try to start seeing my family more, kali, alex&granny, etc...
I am going to try to read a book a month, when school starts it is so hard...
I am going to try (hint:TRY) to quit procrastinating everything, especially SCHOOL...
I am going to to try to play my guitar on hard, my singing on medium, and those new drums on medium.... on band hero :)
I am and will become a better friend,wife, and person :)...........

That is just some of the ones I am liking to share :)

I am LOVING all the colors in this painting...

Taylor and I both love stars, so I decided to add in some stars in the background. She gave me a picture of her shower curtain with all these colors in it and she told me this is what she wanted the colors to be. She also said she wanted stripes with a rectangle in the middle with the quote "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes." She knew what she wanted :). But I did get to surprise her with the background of stars, which with this quote, goes perfect.

I thought I would update with some pictures like I told you.... I just love this picture of our little cat Sara :) We named her after the sister jarred wanted... if he ever had another sister he wanted to name her "Teddy-Bear Sara".... oh jarred :)

These next couple pictures are the birthday sign I did for my sweet friend, Kayla Morton. Her little sister, Gracie, had a Neverland theme birthday party and Kayla wanted to me to make her a sign to hang at the Jungle Jym. I think it turned out cute, and VERY LONG! :)

Toree asked me to make her a teacher's sign when she graduated from the 2+2 program, then Jessica asked me if Toree had ordered a sign, so needless to say Jess was set and bought the sign for Toree :) I love how they are such close sisters, all of them.... But Toree is going with bright colors and zebra print in her room from what I hear :)...
Hope you like this Toree... its a one of a kind for sure :)...

Yes I got braids... don't ask why! I have always wanted to do it, but I doubt I will ever be that patient again... it tooks 3-4 hours I think!! and an hour to take em all out.. :)

My sweet friend, Chancy Medley, recently got married and this is her wedding shower and the gift we got her :) Congrats Chance on your wedding and on baby Kiptyn... I can NOT WAIT to meet him :)....

Ok, so I noticed it has been A WHILE since I have posted... so I guess I will just update you...

I am going to school to be a teacher, and I am finally in the 2+2 program now, I like it but it keeps me very busy. I am also turning in my two weeks at Wendy's-- so now all my time will be towards school and paintings :).

I am excited because I will be able to focus on more paintings, and actually get some uploaded to this thing, called a blog!! I have a lot of ideas and hopefully I will be able to get them put up soon... I am at school now... So when i get home, I will hopefully update this thing soon :)

Paige asked me to do two paintings for her new baby room... and she gave me two pictures to look at. She told me to use these to go by but use my imagination for the rest :)... But I think they turned out cute!!

Ok!! Well I had not paid attention to it because obviously I have been very wrapped up in school... but yeah it crept up on me that I now have about EIGHT WEEKS (give or take a few days) till MY WEDDING!
Today, I have been absolutely stressed out in my mind about this wedding... I do not even know where to begin, what to start with, or who to call.
I do have my dress and I do have my bridesmaid dresses ordered, but that's it... I know i know!! EIGHT WEEKS!!!!!!!

If anyone has any suggestions, pointers, hints, tip, yada-yada!! LET ME KNOW... pretty please :)

Yesterday, I graduated from Motlow College! I am so excited& next fall I will be starting the 2+2 program& be on my way to become a teacher. I am excited and nervous.
*By the way, I didn't even realize till I got to graduation and was reading the pamplet, that I graduated CUM LAUDE! Personally, I am super excited. But just thought I would share.
